In 2018, we were selected as a LTA Regional Player Development Centre (RPDC) in the LTA Performance Pathway, one of only 15 centres across the UK, and we have continued to be one of the key RPDC centres on the network.

The RPDCs play an important strategic role within the National Performance stage of the player pathway, to increase the number of internationally competitive 14U players with the potential to transition strongly to the International Junior stage.

The RPDCs aim to support the development of those junior players considered to have the highest potential for international success and selection for the National Academy and/or International Junior stage of the player pathway.

The Delgado & Lee Pro Tennis Academy is keen to ensure every player has the right support and training, with their own personalised training programmes, with our RPDC Players benefitting from Full Time or Access Packages. All packages are for our standard 38 week term time year.

In addition to the packages above, players contribute £1,210.00 per annum towards coaches expenses for domestic events. Coach fees are already included within the packages above.
Our players enjoy one of the best Strength & Conditioning teams in the country, with 4 coaches ensuring the players are physically at their best for international competition, making for Great Movers on the court.
